Green PIN is an easy and convenient way to generate RuPay Debit card or RuPay Kisan card PIN through ATM channel. The Green initiative is a step towards paperless banking which will benefit both customers and employees of the bank. Green PIN will considerably reduce the carbon foot print of the Bank.

The Green initiative is a step towards paperless banking which will benefit both customers and employees of the bank with more convenience by avoiding delay for regeneration ATM PIN requests. Employees will not be required to maintain physical custody of ATM PIN, instead they can be deployed to other beneficial operational analysis at the same time customers does not need to physically visit the branch to get their ATM PIN. This initiative will save substantial cost on stationary and courier.

Green Pin, the green initiative & a value added service, offers an effortless and hassle free ATM PIN generation for existing as well as new RuPay Debit card or RuPay Kisan card customers. Customers can also make use of this functionality in case they forget their existing ATM PIN. This facility is in addition to the instant PIN regeneration functionality.

The features of the Green Pin are as under:

• Customer can reset their ATM PIN instantly using Green PIN solution.
• Green PIN generation on ATMs for existing customers.
• ATM PIN setup using Green PIN through own Bank ATMs.
• Green PIN OTP can be generated only on our Bank ATMs.
• Customer who has opted Green PIN need to validate OTP and change PIN in first use.
• Green PIN OTP will be 4 digits to support usage on our Bank’s ATM network.
• Secure, convenient, anywhere and anytime

Procedure for setting of RuPay Card PIN through AJMS Bank’s ATM using OTP

• Please insert your RuPay card at any AJMS Bank’s ATM machine.
• You have to option to select language on first screen, Generate New PIN option has been provided for setting the RuPay card PIN using OTP.
• Select Generate New PIN option, ATM screen will prompt to enter last 6 digits of Account number for which RuPay card was issued.
• It provided account number was correct, ATM screen will prompt to enter OTP delivered on registered mobile number.
• Enter 6 digits OTP and press Continue.
• ATM screen will prompt you to enter 4 digits number of your choice as PIN, re-enter the same 4 digits number again and press Continue.
• If entry of 4 digits number matches in both cases, system will store this as PIN and you will get the confirmation message on ATM screen.
