How do I activate my Mobile Banking service?
- To avail AJMS Bank’s Mobile Banking service, the customer needs to:
- Visit his/her home branch and fill up the Value Added Services form.
- Provide valid id proofs for verification.
- Once the customer details are updated in bank records, the customer will be provided a PIN MAILER (which contains a first time log in password i.e. MPIN)
- Usually, Customers’ Mobile Banking services are activated within 48 hours (i.e. 2 bank working days) of receipt of Mobile Banking PIN Mailer.
- Customer will receive a SMS notification once his/her Mobile Banking services are activated.

How to Login to AJMS Bank Mobile Banking App
After downloading AJMS Bank’s mobile banking app, you can log in to avail the services using any of the following modes:
- Login PIN:
You can use a 6-digit login PIN to login to the app. This method does not require any user ID or phone number verification.
How to Reset Login MPIN\
- Go to Home page
- Tap on ‘Forget 6 digit MPin’
- Enter answer of the security question which you have set on new user registration time.
- Confirm the new login PIN to change it.
- You can now log in to the app using the new PIN.
AJMS Bank Fund Transfer Options
AJMS Bank Mobile Banking customers can transfer funds not only to another AJMS Bank account but also to another bank account via several options offered under Mobile Banking.
- NEFT
National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) is a national electronic payments system which allows for quick and secure transfer of funds. Not only can fund transfers be done between AJMS bank accounts but also to and from bank accounts held with banks which are a part of the NEFT network. NEFT transactions are carried out in several batches during the day.
RTGS
Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) is another electronic fund transfer method which is designed for carrying out high volume and high-value transfers. RTGS fund transfers are done in real time usually carry a minimum transaction limit, below which a transaction may not be carried out. Settlements for RTGS transactions are carried out in the books of the RBI, which makes these transactions irrevocable and final.

Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) allows customers to transfer money from their AJMS bank account almost instantly and safely. You can transfer funds to an AJMS Bank or non-AJMS bank account via IMPS and the beneficiary’s account is credited almost instantly. Fund transfers via IMPS can be done 24×7, all year round, except on Sundays and bank holidays.

- A. No alphabets/special characters are permitted for MPIN Password and TPIN
Password (6 digits): It is required to log in to the mobile app. Once registration is completed, customer can log in to the app by providing MPIN and TPIN is used to authenticate your financial transactions.
- Q. How do I get the MPIN / TPIN?
- A. User sets his/her own MPIN / TPIN during registration process.
- Q. Can I change the MPIN / TPIN?
- A. Yes. Once the user is logged into the mobile banking, he would be able to change the MPIN / TPIN through “Change MPIN / TPIN” service.
- Q. How many characters should MPIN / TPIN have?
- A. MPIN / TPIN should have 4 characters. It should be numeric.
- Q. What happens if I lose my mobile device?
- A. Immediately contact your telecom service provider to block your number. Further, contact your nearest AJMS Bank branch to block your mobile number for mobile banking services.
- Q. Are the transactions done on mobile phone secure?
- A. AJMS Bank’s mobile application is a highly secure application, which conforms to India’s financial regulator’s recommended standards of security for mobile banking.
- Q. I have downloaded the application, when I click on Login; I get a message that “You are not a registered for the application.” What should I do?
- A.When you go on the application for the first time, please click on “New Registration” link at the top of the screen to register your phone.
- Q. I have changed my mobile number. Should I update bank?
- A. Yes. Please contact the concerned branch.
- Q. Will the application get deactivated if I don’t use the service for a period of time?
- A. The application will not get deactivated, however in case the application is not used for 90 days or more, you will have to update the MPIN once you log in to ensure security of your account.
- Q. Will I be able to use the services while on roaming?
- A. Yes, you will be able to use the services on national as well as international roaming.
- Q. Are there any additional security precautions I should take?

- Do not reveal passwords over phone, mail etc. to any person including Bank.
- The passwords can be changed as frequently as you wish (using the facility available after logging specific flavor). Please change your password(s) before the passwords get expired or when the system prompts you to do so.
- Do not click on website links/attachments in unknown/suspicious emails. These links may take you to replica of banks website and ask for keying in your user id and password(s).
- Bank will never send any e-mail requesting to provide use rid/password and other sensitive information.
- Q. How much time it takes to complete the transaction on Mobile?
- A. Ideally transaction can be completed within 5-10 secs for Application and Browser based and 20-30 sec for SMS/USSD flavor. But it depends upon GPRS connectivity of your service provider.
- Q. Can I stop the transaction initiated through Mobile?
- A. The transactions through Mobile Banking Services happen instantaneously i.e. in real time and there is no option for stopping, reversing or recalling the same.
- A. Will I get a receipt for my transactions done through RDC BANK mobile Banking?
- A. No receipt will be generated but only success/failure message will be displayed on screen.
Tips to login
- While collecting the Mobile Banking PIN Mailer, please ensure that it is received sealed and not tampered. Else, please inform your branch manager immediately.
- It takes at least 48 hrs (2 bank working days) after you have received your PIN MAILER from the Branch to enable your Mobile Banking service.
- Please do not share your MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number).
- Always change your MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number).
- Always keep your mobile free of malware.
- Never respond to any communication seeking your passwords. Protect yourself from banking frauds; never share the above details on Phone/ E-mail/ SMS even if the person claims to be a Bank employee. Sharing these details can lead to transfer of money from your account.
Caution
- In case your mobile is deactivated without your request or you get a call in this regard, somebody may be trying to get a duplicate SIM / steal your credentials like OTP (One time password), Tracker ID for beneficiary registration etc.
- AJMS bank does not ask for the details of your account like Account Number / CIF / MPIN / TPIN / mobile numbers etc. Any caller pretending to be from our Bank / Call Centre may persuade you to reveal your credentials like Account Number / CIF / MPIN / TPIN / mobile numbers etc. stating that details sent to you is incorrect and correct information needs to be sent. Please do not entertain such requests as they are fraudulent entities.
- In case of any of these suspected activities, please check immediately with telecom service provider/ Bank.
- Change Passwords immediately on any such suspected activity / as frequently as possible.
- AJMS Bank will never send you e-mails or call you asking for confidential details of your account / MPIN / TPIN / OTP or personal details such as date of birth, mother’s maiden name etc. Beware of anyone asking you for such information on behalf of the bank through e-mails or phone calls.
- Please do not provide your bank account details to emails offering a job or claiming that you have won a lottery or open attachment of mails from unknown email id.
